The facts without the fluff
I had a wonderful 2-night experience here! The friendly staff ensured all our needs were met, especially traveling with a little one. The rooftop pool was a highlight, and the location near the train station was quite handy. A bit more variety in the buffet would be great. Definitely a recommend!

Private parking on site provided. Marvellous location just next door to the INOX theaters as well as The Central Park Hotel, Bund Garden Road, Pune for 2 days in the month of July, and incredible and super breakfast:)))

The location stands out, just a half-kilometer from the railway station. Rooms come with a good set of furniture, including a mini fridge, and enough legroom for comfort, while the balcony area is a nice touch for relaxation.
The room felt poorly lit, and I noticed a weird smell from the carpet occasionally. The bathroom needs upkeep with loose fittings, and both the pool and spa lack maintenance. Wi-Fi comes with an additional charge, which feels outdated for today's standards.

Our stay was very nice, really enjoyed the hotel and would stay here again. This modest venue offered an excellent location and trendy rooms. The restaurant here was nice which offer food 24x7, we both ordered tasty dishes. A carpet, coffee, and thick blackout curtains were all available. The free parking was on-site, flawless service.

The check-in process impressed me. It was quick and cute. The room, named Superior Room, was well-furnished with a mini-bar, an electric kettle, and free toiletries. The housekeeping staff kept everything clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the air conditioning had issues. It was fixed to just 23 degrees Celsius. I requested a non-smoking room but ended up on the smoking floor, which wasn't ideal. The dining area had decent food options, but breakfast lacked variety and quality, especially with limited non-vegetarian choices. On one occasion, noise from a late-night event kept me awake, requiring a call to reception to address it. Despite the room's discomfort and noise issues, the friendly staff was nice, particularly during meals at the restaurant.

We had a lovely three-night stay, enjoying the amazing wellness treatments and the cozy vibe of our Superior Room. The spa offerings, especially the head massage, had us relaxed in no time! Just a heads-up, some menu items weren't available during dinner, but overall, it's a great spot to unwind 😊
